preload_configuration
Pre-load a Multi-Instrument Mode `.mokuconf` configuration from a file.none
Determine which instruments are in each of the slots in a saved Multi-Instrument
Mode .mokuconf configuration file.
This only needs to be used when using the raw HTTP REST interface. This is to allow for the necessary instrument bitstreams to be upload to the Moku before load_configuration is called.
The Python and MATLAB clients call this automatically when load_configuration is called.
The returned value is a list of the instrument IDs in each of the slots in the saved file. An instrument ID of 0 means that the slot is empty.
Parameters

The path to load the `.mokuconf` file from.
